- Webshop orders with a single parcel delivery are subject to an order transition surcharge based on the country of destination, see table 1 below.

- Standard (traditional/office) purchase orders are subject to EUR 46,00 order transition surcharge cost on top of cost specified in table 1.
- ** Costs includes basic fee of EUR 37,00 for a standard export and clearance document
- *** For EU island delivery we charge a surcharge of EUR 27.50

- For pallet transport orders:
- Standard (traditional) purchase orders less than EUR 550,00 are subject to EUR 62,00 order transition surcharge cost plus a surcharge pallet cost plus a surcharge transport cost per pallet.
- Web shop orders less than EUR 550,00 are subject to EUR 26,00 order transition surcharge cost plus a surcharge pallet cost plus a surcharge transport cost per pallet.
- Surcharge per pallet:
- Standard wooden pallets are subject to EUR 19 surcharge cost per pallet.
- Disposable pallets are subject to EUR 8 surcharge cost per pallet.
- Pallet transport orders are subject to surcharge rate on the basis of the dimensions, weight, quantity, destination and transport type (trucking, shipping or air freight). Please contact our customer service department or export manager.
- We will gladly refund a wooden pallet deposit fee EUR 16 provided the returnable wooden pallet returned is in good, reusable condition only within 12 months after delivery date.

- All EXW orders are subject to VAT
- All EXW deliveries are subject to VAT
- Orders less than EUR 550,00 are subject to EUR 23,47 order transition surcharge cost.
- Standard wooden pallets are subject to EUR 19 surcharge cost per pallet.
- Disposable pallets are subject to EUR 8 surcharge cost per pallet.
